Matt Cusson is an award-winning pianist, guitarist, singer, and songwriter dubbed by James Taylor as “The real thing.” Famous for his trademark whispering tenor voice, Matt has worked with artists such as Christina Aguilera, Babyface, The Roots, and Smokey Robinson, as well as toured with his long time mentor and friend, Brian McKnight. Matt Cusson’s awards include winning the prestigious John Lennon Songwriting Contest, Maxell Song of the Year, 2011 Billboard Starmaker Award, and 18th Annual Billboard 360 Worldwide Song Contest, as well as receiving a nomination for a 2011 Oasis Smooth Jazz Award.

Matt Cusson has also just released his new maxi single One of Those Nights and recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and on NBC’s Christmas at Rockefeller Center television program with Javier Colon (winner of The Voice television show) and Cee Lo Green (celebrity judge of The Voice and recording artist).
