Toxic Lab Rats
Toxic Lab Rats is a punk rock band from Sweden know for its bold sound which calls to mind bands such as Social Distortion, US Bombs and Dropkick Murphy’s. New on the scene, the Toxic Lab Rats have created an immense buzz with their EP Stripped F***ed & Bored, which landed them a record deal with American label Spectra Records. Their latest release is the album Intoxicated for which they toured the USA in 2011.
Toxic Lab Rats is Chris Rat on vocals, Boogie on guitar, Possessed on Guitar, Toxic Joe on bass, and BJ on drums. Toxic Lab Rats are in regular rotation on radio around the world, and play regularly on XM/Sirius satellite radio. A crowd favorite, Toxic Lab Rats recently played the Peace and Love Festival, Europe’s largest music festival, to rave reviews.
The Rats are currently finishing up their new album called Pandemic Alert which is due out around April/May of 2012. A new tour is being planned to follow the release as the Toxic Lab Rats continue to infest the world in their glorious way.
