Sushi Girl is a crime thriller starring James Duval, Noah Hathaway, and Tony Todd. Written by Kern Saxton and Destin Pfaff, and directed by Kern, Sushi Girl is a film about the release of “Fish” (Hathaway), who has spent six years in jail. Six years alone. Six years keeping his mouth shut about the robbery, about the other men involved. The night he is released, the four men he protected with silence celebrate his freedom with a congratulatory dinner. The meal is a lavish array of sushi, served off the naked body of a beautiful young woman. The sushi girl seems catatonic, trained to ignore everything in the room, even if things become dangerous. Sure enough, the four unwieldy thieves can’t help but open old wounds in an attempt to find their missing loot.

Sushi Girl is completed and has already generated a large buzz in the entertainment industry. Sushi Girl features a tour de force cult cast including Mark Hamill, Michael Biehn, Jeff Fahey, and Danny Trejo. Sushi Girl will release in 2012.

James Duval is an American actor and producer originally from Michigan well-known for his role as large bunny “Frank” in Donnie Darko with Jake Gyllenhall and Jena Malone. James Duval is also known for his roles in Independence Day, Gone in Sixty Seconds, The Doom Generation, and SLC Punk!.

Noah Hathaway is an American actor who began as a child star, starring as Boxey in Battlestar Galactic, and as “Atreyu” in The NeverEnding Story. Noah Hathaway is also known for his roles in TV Series Mork and Mindy, Eight is Enough, CHiPs, Lavern & Shirley, Family Ties, and Simon & Simon.
