He has appeared in 7 films for director John Carpenter (Ghosts of Mars, Escape from L.A., They Live, The Village of the Damned, In the Mouth of Madness, Prince of Darkness, Body Bags) and several for director Walter Hill (48 Hours, Wild Bill, Johnny Handsome, Brewster’s Millions, Red Heat).

In his 40 year career, Peter Jason has appeared in many critically acclaimed films and blockbuster films such as films Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Milk, Kicking & Screaming, Richard III, Falling Up, Adaptation, Seabiscuit, The Glimmer Man, Dante’s Peak, Mortal Kombat, Congo, The Hunt for Red October, The Karate Kid, and The Other Side of the Wind, which was directed by Orson Welles. He has had recurring roles and guest starred on practically all the hit television shows of our times including Mad Men, Dirty Sexy Money, Desperate Housewives, Chuck, Deadwood, Cold Case, Justified, NCIS, Castle, Arrested Development, Nash Bridges, Mike Hammer P.I., Murder She Wrote, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, Roseanne, A Different World, Quantum Leap, Golden Girls, Silver Spoons, Hart to Hart, and Gunsmoke. His distinctive voice has lead to much voice over work in his career, and he has appeared in hundreds of commercials.
